Pastoral Care Ministries: Stephen Ministers and Lay Chaplains

St. Christopher's also has specially trained lay ministers who are available to offer more in-depth or going pastoral care. Training for this ministry is usually offered once a year in conjunction with Grace Episcopal Church for Stephen Ministry, or by Bishop Anderson House for lay chaplains. There are some costs involved for both. Those who feel called to serve in this ministry are asked to contact the rector at church at 708-386-5613 or stchrisoakpark@sbcglobal.net.
