St. Christopher's Office
If prayer and worship are the lifeblood of the parish, then communications are the veins and arteries. The chief vehicles for communication within the parish include bulletins prepared for every service; schedules for lay assistance (lectors, acolytes, chalice bearers, etc.), a monthly calendar of parish activities; the Messenger St. Christopher's monthly newsletter; the Welcome! Committee guide; and the parish directory, which is reprinted quarterly. All publications are written and produced by a volunteer staff which also provides various services for the church's many administrative and clerical needs.
Office Assistance
Office help is always needed, but especially at Christmas, in January for the Annual Meeting, and in Lent - primarily Holy Week. If you can help collate, fold and staple or do anything else around the office - answer phones, organize materials, etc. - the staff would be deeply grateful.
