Tuesday, February 21st, 5–7 pm: Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper
It's the best deal in town! Pancakes, sausage, and beverage. $4/adult, $2/kids 1st-grade and up, $1/kids kindergarten and younger. To volunteer to help set up, serve, or clean up, please contact Paul Clark. ALSO: please bring in last year's palm branches to burn on Shrove Tuesday for this year's Ash Wednesday services. A basket is available to collect them at the back of church.
Wednesday, February 22nd, 7 am and 7 pm: Ash Wednesday Liturgies
The first day of Lent is observed with special liturgies. Ashes will be marked on each forehead.
If you've never been baptized, please speak with the rector about being baptized before Lent, or at the Easter Vigil on Saturday, April 7th. (Baptisms to not normally occur during Lent).
From January through May, PADS Overnight Shelter is at St. Christopher’s.
St. C's is serving as an overflow site on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Fridays.
